DETERMINATION OF DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPS – D.P.R. 309/90 S.M.I.

Epta Nord srl according to the art. 17-19 of the D.P.R. 309/90 concerning the regulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and subsequent amendments has obtained the authorization for the procurement and detention of analytical standards containing narcotic and psychotropic substances for laboratory use. Authorization valid in force of the authorization issued by the ASL / Region competent for the territory and registration in the regional lists of laboratories which test and monitor the HACCP procedures of food companies.

Legislative Decree n. 75/2010 – VERIFICATION OF FERTILIZER CONFORMITY

Inclusion of Epta Nord srl in the List of laboratories competent to provide the services necessary to verify the conformity of the products as given in art. 1 of the Legislative Decree 29 April 2010, n. 75 “Reorganization and revision of the regulations on fertilizers, according to the article 13 of the law of 7 July 2009, no. 88 “(ICQRF – Decree n.4278 of 23/03/2020).
